Refund policy

We may issue a refund if (a) the file failed to deliver and could not be recovered, (b) the file is corrupted, or (c) the purchase was clearly fraudulent (e.g. unauthorized use of your card). Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Once a file has been downloaded successfully, refunds are not available. Change of mind, accidental purchase, and "I did not like the book" are not refundable reasons.

USDT (BSC) wallet payments are final and cannot be refunded. When you pay from your own wallet, the payment is split and settled to the seller on-chain in a single irreversible blockchain transaction the moment you confirm it — there is no intermediary holding funds that could return them. Please review your order carefully before confirming in your wallet.

For payments made in other coins via NOWPayments (first-party products only), refunds are issued in the same currency to the address you paid from. Refund amounts reflect the original USD value of the order and may differ from the original crypto amount due to exchange rate movement.

If an order is refunded, any referral reward earned from it is reversed. If the reward has already been paid out, we may deduct it from future earnings.
